Yes. The Free plan never expires. Think of it as your manual logbook: up to 50 expenses and income entries a month, 2 accounts, 2 budgets and 2 automations, unlimited templates and bills to pay, stats for the last 3 months and data export whenever you want. Everything powered by AI (WhatsApp, Telegram, voice, receipt photos, the coach and bank statement import) is part of Pro.

When you create your account, you start with 10 days of full Pro to try everything, no card needed. If you don't subscribe when it ends, you automatically move to the Free plan and keep all your information. Nothing is charged unless you decide so.

Everything you've logged stays put: you can still view, edit and export it. To keep logging that month, you upgrade to Pro. Otherwise, the counter resets next month and you carry on as usual. Transfers between your accounts and automations don't count toward the limit.

Nothing gets deleted or moved. Your accounts, budgets and automations keep working even if they go over the new limits; you just can't create more while you're above the limit. What does change: WhatsApp, Telegram, voice, the coach and bank statement import become part of Pro.

Yes, with Pro. You create a space (for example "Home") and invite someone by email. They join with their own account, see the same data and get Pro inside that space without paying separately. Every entry stays under the name of whoever created it. You can have several personal and shared spaces at once, each with its own information. The ones you don't share stay yours alone.

Yes, anytime. If you switch to Pro, the limits lift instantly. If you move to Free, you keep your data and limits only apply when you create something new, nothing gets deleted.

You choose the yearly plan and pay 12 months upfront, which works out to 2 months free versus paying month to month. It's charged once a year, on the date you subscribed.

The App Store and Google Play charge a fee on every subscription, so the same plan costs a little more there. Subscribing from the web you pay the lowest price, and your Pro works the same everywhere: app, web and bots. Prices don't include taxes; if your country applies any, it's added at checkout.

Your data is yours. You can export it to CSV whenever you want. If you cancel, we keep your information for as long as your account exists. If you want to delete the account, everything is permanently removed, no tricks.
