Is it really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no expiration date. The free features are the ones you'll use most: unlimited manual logging, templates, Excel import, WhatsApp bot with text. Pro is there for those who want everything unlocked.
What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
When you create your account, you start with 14 days of full Pro to try everything. If you decide not to pay, you automatically move to the Free plan and keep all your information. No credit card involved.
Can I share my finances with someone else?
Yes, with Pro. You create a space (for example "Home") and invite someone by email. They join with their own account and see the same data; every entry stays under the name of whoever created it. You can have several personal and shared spaces at once, each with its own information. The ones you don't share stay yours alone.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, anytime. If you switch to Pro, the limits lift instantly. If you move to Free, you keep your data and limits only apply when you create something new, nothing gets deleted.
How does yearly billing work?
You choose the yearly plan and pay 12 months upfront, which works out to 2 months free versus paying month to month. It's charged once a year, on the date you subscribed.
Why is the price lower on the web than in the stores?
The App Store and Google Play charge a fee on every subscription, so the same plan costs a little more there. Subscribing from the web you pay the lowest price, and your Pro works the same everywhere: app, web and bots. Prices don't include taxes; if your country applies any, it's added at checkout.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export it to CSV whenever you want. If you cancel, we keep your information for as long as your account exists. If you want to delete the account, everything is permanently removed, no tricks.
What payment methods do you accept?
International credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed by LemonSqueezy. We're looking into adding local Chilean methods.
Is there a discount for students or nonprofits?

Does Walpli connect to my bank?
No. By a deliberate privacy decision, we have no bank integration. You choose what to log (manual, voice, bot or import). That's what lets us never ask for your banking credentials.
